mvpv Terms and Conditions

1 General Terms

mvpv is an online gaming platform operated for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the mvpv website and all of its services.

You must be at least 21 years old to use the mvpv platform. Registration or gaming by minors is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to verify age at any time and may request the necessary proof.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one mvpv account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, it will be considered a violation of the rules. All accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Information

You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. mvpv reserves the right to close an account if false or incomplete information is provided. If any of your details change, you must inform our support team immediately.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials completely confidential. Giving anyone else access to your account is prohibited. If you believe your account is being used by someone without authorization, contact us immediately.

3 Bonuses & Promotions

3.1 Welcome Bonus

mvpv offers an attractive welcome bonus for new members: a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 in bets required before withdrawal.

3.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• An account may claim the welcome bonus only once.
• Wagering must be completed before the bonus expires.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• Any irregular betting patterns may result in bonus forfeiture.
• mvpv reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.

3.4 VIP Program

mvpv's VIP program has four tiers. By playing regularly, you can advance to higher tiers:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week
• Silver: Up to 0.6% cashback per week
• Gold: Up to 0.9% cashback per week
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% cashback per week

Detailed terms for VIP benefits apply separately and mvpv may change them at any time.

4 Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on mvpv is ৳100 (across all payment methods). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Bank transfers can be made through major banks in Bangladesh.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.

4.3 Transaction Security

All financial transactions on mvpv are protected by SSL encryption technology. Your financial information is never shared with third parties. If a suspicious transaction is detected, mvpv may temporarily hold it pending investigation.

4.4 Currency & Conversion

All transactions on mvpv are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in other currencies are not accepted. No currency conversion facility is currently offered.

5 Gaming Rules

5.1 Fair Play

mvpv operates on a fair play policy. All game outcomes are independently verifiable and there is no bias. We are committed to ensuring a safe and transparent gaming environment.

5.2 Responsible Play

Each player is responsible for their own gaming activity. Avoid excessive gaming and place bets within your means. mvpv gives the highest priority to responsible gaming.

5.3 Technical Issues

If a game result is affected by a technical error or disruption, mvpv reserves the right to void that specific bet and refund the stake. mvpv will not be liable for any loss caused by an internet disconnection.

5.4 Game Restrictions

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mvpv platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in the immediate closure of the account and the balance may be forfeited:

• Attempting to manipulate the gaming system through illegal or fraudulent means
• Abusing bonuses or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts
• Colluding with other players to create an unfair situation
• Using computer programs, bots, or automated software
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor
• Using mvpv's name, logo, or brand identity without authorization
• Attempting to compromise the platform's security systems

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the mvpv platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other elements — is protected by mvpv's intellectual property rights. Using, copying, distributing, or modifying this content for any purpose beyond managing a user account and personal gaming is strictly prohibited.

No part of this platform may be used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from mvpv.

mvpv's maximum liability will in no case exceed the actual deposit amount related to the specific incident.

10 Account Closure

10.1 Closure by Player

Any player may request to close their account at any time. In this case, the opportunity to withdraw a valid balance will be provided. A self-exclusion request under responsible gaming may also be made.

10.2 Closure by mvpv

mvpv may immediately close an account under the following circumstances:

• Serious violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity or system abuse
• Providing a false identity or information
• Failure to verify age
• Operating multiple accounts

If an account is closed due to a violation of the terms and conditions, mvpv reserves the right to forfeit the bonus balance. However, any regularly deposited funds will be returned.

11 Changes & Updates

mvpv reserves the right to change or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will try to notify players as early as possible. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
